Myteka 10 mg tablet contains montelukast sodium 10 mg and is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. It is used to prevent and manage asthma symptoms—including wheezing, coughing, bronchospasm, and chest tightness—and to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (both seasonal and perennial). It’s also effective in preventing exercise‑induced bronchoconstriction when taken before physical activityÂ

Adults and adolescents (≥15 years): take 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily, preferably in the evening, with or without food.

For exercise‑induced symptoms, take 1 tablet at least 2 hours before exercise—do not exceed one dose in 24 hours.

Tablets should be swallowed whole, not crushed or chewedÂ
